Aloha, World Travelers ✨️, Park Shore Waikiki is in a hot location! The powdered-sugar sandy beach is literally just across the street from property, the best view of Diamond Head Mountain can be seen from the twelfth floor (mixing modern buildings of citylife with lush greenery and an unforgettable Diamond Head mountain landscape), Starbucks and the ABC Store are right outside the hotel, nice-sized swimming pool exists with ocean and mountain views, shopping of all kinds and restaurants with beach and mountain views abound the coastline; for example, Tiki's (best frozen drinks in Waikiki, try the Ube Colada and Mojito), the Deck (great happy hour), RumFire (to-die-for, dessert-like strawberry-banana daquiri), and Lulu's (best Mahi Mahi fish and chips ever) just to name a few are all yummy hotspots with killer Waikiki views and island hospitality. I had the pleasure of staying four nights in the cozy and well-kept room #1219 as a solo traveler with a king-size bed, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, safe, television, room service, and a nice-sized balcony with a priceless oceanview of cobalt blue waters and buzzing beach. I'm an elementary and middle school English teacher and had the week off for fall break, and Park Shore Waikiki had the best value available anywhere. Indeed, I'll be honest, Honolulu, Waikiki, is expensive. Be prepared for high deposits on car rentals and expensive Valet Parking at hotel (Park Shore Waikiki was $50/night plus tax, which allows you to get your car whenever however many times a day is necessary and the peace of mind concerning your vehicle's safety). And yet the high pricetag on everything I'm learning is common knowledge about Hawaii and after visiting, I can understand, with its epic beauty, rich culture, and amazing people, why this is true.

Got in at 5.30am & team set us up with a room straight away , no hassle . Great location , away from the busy part , yet close enough to everything . All amenities at your finger tips . Easy transport options at the door also . The bed was super comfortable, outside balcony a plus . I must say the staff were super chill & accomodating . Hotel also has a travel expert downstairs to advise on any travel or activities you may want to do ! We used for Pearl Harbour tour & he got us in for the Arizona, as the wait for tickets can be a while . Lulus restaurant attached to hotel was a blast - loved it . You could also rent beach chairs , umbrellas & other equipment free of charge when staying at hotel !

The location was amazing! Central, close to EVERYTHING!! :) Everything was within walking distance and beautiful views! May, the front office staff, was awesome! And super helpful, even over the phone before my arrival. Also worth mentioning, we were on the 16th floor and the water pressure was awesome for both the shower and the toilet. Great to have hot water at all times. Did not run out. I only mention this because other hotels I stayed at in Waikiki have trouble with both water pressure as you get to the higher floors and hot water at certain times because of high usage....not this time! Amazing! :)

We stayed in 3 rooms as a family of 6 and loved this hotel. The location is perfect, right across from the beach and away from the crowds further north. It has lovely staff and the decor in the rooms is basic but is clean and comfortable. It’s a really good value hotel and offers all the convenience and amenities you need for a great holiday in Waikiki. Free reef safe sunscreen and after sun lotion was a nice touch, and rental of beach equipment (included in the Resort Fee) is right next to the hotel from the Beach Candy store which we used and enjoyed. We recommend and would not hesitate to stay again.

We got upgraded from a partial ocean view to a full ocean view, but we actually had a view of diamond head too!! Our view from the 11th floor was amazing!!! We sat out on the balcony every evening just taking it all in! The staff was so friendly and accommodating! No lines at all, very easy system for getting and returning towels. Free surfboard/paddle board rental! What more could you want?! Much better than our Hilton Hawaiian Village stay a few days earlier!!!
